A great family ranch vacation option, as well as good for singles and couples, Three Bars Guest and Cattle Ranch is located on thirty five thousand spectacular acres in the heart of Western Canada’s picturesque Rocky Mountains, just south of Banff National Park. Three Bars specializes in 3 – 6 night all inclusive riding programs. Packages include all meals, log cabin accommodations, unlimited horseback riding, rafting, guided hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, skeet shooting, and a full evening program.

In addition to being a working BC guest ranch, Three Bars ranch is also home to Beckley Reining. Jeff and Jesse Beckley, both professional reining horse trainer train and work at the ranch on a daily basis. Guests are always welcome to visit the performance barns and watch the training. Jeff and Jesse also do a performance horse demonstration for ranch guest one evening.

Dining at Three Bars Ranch is truly an event where everyone comes together. Most meals are served as a buffet, with available family style and private table seating. Meals range from BBQ steak cookouts to tradition Mexican cuisine. Ester, the in-house chef, specializes in fresh breads and homemade desserts. Three Bars offers traditional menus with an upscale flair. 

Area Attractions

The Ranch is just south of Banff National Park and just North of Glacier National Park. A large percentage of our guests elect to fly into Calgary AB, and drive down to the ranch via Banff and Lake Louise. Then there is an alternative rout back to Calgary via the Cowboy trail. Or fly into Kalispell MT and drive up via Glacier. The region is also home to some of the top golf courses in Canada. 5 of the top 25 courses in Canada are within 15 min of the ranch. Fort Steel is also 30 min from the ranch.
