Accommodations

This boutique resort accommodates 16-24 guests, and is nestled on a knoll overlooking a secluded wilderness lake, surrounded by grassy meadows ringed with aspen and pine forests. The boutique lodge has a great room with magnificent river rock fireplace, a library, and a fine dining room. Six distinctive lodge suites and a delightful barn loft, feature heavenly beds dressed with the softest linens, private baths, balconies and exquisite views. The Ridge at Siwash Lake, a private enclave of canvas-clad luxury suites, will open mid-summer 2012.

Food

Siwash Lake Ranch's organic, country cuisine is said to rival fine city dining.  Guests call it delicious, designer food; simple and not overly intricate, and most certainly light, healthy and nourishing. There is a daily set menu in keeping with what's seasonal from the Ranch's suppliers and what is available at the ranch or locally. Guests are given ample opportunity to state preferences in advance. Whenever possible, Siwash Lake Ranch incorporates home grown food — mouth-watering beef and pork, free-range eggs—and baby greens for your salads, picked right from our ranch garden.
